Location: Easterbrook Hall, Dumfries and across Dumfries

The bike is coming home, to one of the best mountain bike areas in the world. Blacksmith Kirkpatrick Macmillan invented the bike in Dumfries in 1839 and 170 years later, the major international conference on mountain bike sustainability is coming to town, along with a series of public events in Dumfries to celebrate the bike's place in our culture.
